CERTIFICACIÓN OFICIAL DE CINTURÓN NEGRO EN TAEKWONDO
POR CUANTO:
Se hace constar, para los efectos oficiales y administrativos que correspondan, que la Certificación de Cinturón Negro en Taekwondo ha sido debidamente otorgada por KYUNG DUK KWAN COSTA RICA, Dojang oficialmente registrado ante KUKKIWON – World Taekwondo Headquarters, mediante el KUKKIWON Membership System (KMS), del cual esta organización es miembro, bajo el número de registro CR000007, con fecha de registro 2 de mayo de 2017.
La presente certificación se expide bajo la dirección, supervisión y recomendación del Maestro Javier Rubí Ramírez, titular del grado de Cinturón Negro 6.º Dan Kukkiwon (05325130), quien cuenta asimismo con Licencia de Maestro Internacional de Taekwondo, 3º Clase (1730311), así como con acreditación como Juez Examinador de Promoción Internacional de Taekwondo Poom/Dan, 3º Clase (3039085).
En virtud de lo anterior, KYUNG DUK KWAN COSTA RICA hace constar la legitimidad y carácter oficial de la presente certificación, la cual se expide conforme a los procedimientos y disposiciones aplicables dentro del sistema de certificación y promoción de grados de KUKKIWON.

La presente constituye una certificación oficial emitida con la debida autorización de KYUNG DUK KWAN COSTA RICA, en el marco de su afiliación y reconocimiento ante World Taekwondo Headquarters KUKKIWON.
El contenido, diseño, denominaciones, elementos distintivos y demás componentes de esta certificación se encuentran protegidos por las disposiciones aplicables en materia de propiedad intelectual.
Queda expresamente prohibida, sin la autorización previa y por escrito de sus legítimos titulares, la reproducción, distribución, alteración, modificación, falsificación, publicación o utilización, total o parcial, de la presente certificación o de cualquiera de sus elementos distintivos, para fines distintos de aquellos para los cuales fue legítimamente expedida.

OFFICIAL TAEKWONDO BLACK BELT CERTIFICATION
WHEREAS:
This is to certify, for all official and administrative purposes, that the Taekwondo Black Belt Certification has been duly awarded by KYUNG DUK KWAN COSTA RICA, an officially registered Dojang with KUKKIWON – World Taekwondo Headquarters, through the KUKKIWON Membership System (KMS), of which this organization is a registered member under membership number CR000007, dated May 2, 2017.
This certification is issued under the direction, supervision, and recommendation of Master Javier Rubí Ramírez, holder of the rank of Kukkiwon 6th Dan Black Belt (05325130), who also holds an International Taekwondo Master License, 3rd Class (1730311), as well as accreditation as an International Taekwondo Poom/Dan Promotion Examination Judge, 3rd Class (3039085).
Accordingly, KYUNG DUK KWAN COSTA RICA hereby certifies the legitimacy and official nature of this certification, which is issued in accordance with the applicable procedures and regulations governing Taekwondo rank promotion and certification within the KUKKIWON system.
